Meditime Botalinum Derma Zium 40 g is a new generation dermatological cream. The product has no market equivalent as it is based on patented components and technologies from the pharmaceutical company iCure. A crucial feature of the cream is that it contains no water. In most products, water is the primary ingredient – which is normal. However, water itself does not care for the skin; its purpose is to act as a "solvent" for other components. Therefore, rare products that contain a beneficial component instead of water are particularly valuable. In this cream, the first ingredient is an extract of the alga Hematococcus pluvialis, a bioantioxidant.
