How to Use?

Preparing the skin for glass skin: Soak cotton pads with the rice milk toner and place them on your face for 5 minutes. Remove them and gently pat to aid absorption.
Sebum control: Generously pour rice toner onto a cotton pad and carefully swipe your face from the center outwards. Finish with another layer and move on to your next skincare routine.

It can also be applied directly with your palms onto your face.
