Benton Honest Cleansing Foam

A daily face wash that whips into a soft, rose-scented foam and rinses away make-up, sunscreen and the grime of the day without leaving skin feeling tight or stripped. It belongs to Benton's Honest Series, formulated to stay gentle on reactive, easily upset skin.

The lather is rich but cushiony, so a small amount goes a long way. After rinsing, skin feels clean, soft and comfortable rather than squeaky.

What's inside

The formula leans on plant extracts and skin-loving conditioners: camellia, green tea, licorice, centella, chamomile, garden rose and rosemary, plus ceramides, squalane and shea butter to keep skin feeling cushioned through cleansing. It is sulfate-free and set at a slightly acidic pH close to the skin's own, which helps the wash stay mild. Benton notes the Honest Series uses ingredients with a green EWG rating.

A good match for normal, combination and sensitive skin, and for anyone who wants a low-pH, sulfate-free wash that doesn't leave the face feeling dry. The unisex formula suits both men and women.

How to use

  1. Wet your face with lukewarm water.
  2. Squeeze a small amount onto wet hands and work into a foam.
  3. Massage gently over the face, avoiding the eye area.
  4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and follow with your toner and moisturiser.

Use morning and evening, or as the second step of a double-cleanse in the evening to remove make-up and sunscreen.

How to use
