Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun: Rice + Probiotics SPF50+
This is a daily sunscreen that wears more like a light moisturizer than a thick sun cream. The texture is creamy but lightweight, so you can reapply through the day without the heavy, tacky feeling that puts people off SPF. It sinks in to a soft natural glow and leaves no white cast, which makes it easy on every skin tone.
The formula is built around 30% rice extract together with fermented grain extracts. These ingredients give the cream its comfortable, nourishing feel and bring vitamins B, C and E, amino acids and minerals to the skin to help it stay hydrated and feel soft and supple.
How does Relief Sun feel on the skin?
It feels like a gentle, hydrating cream rather than a typical sunscreen. It absorbs without a greasy film, gives a fresh dewy finish, and sits well under make-up because it doesn't pill or build up. Even after layering on more during the day, it stays comfortable and non-sticky.

Relief Sun is rated SPF50+ / PA++++, offering broad protection against UVA and UVB rays. SPF and PA testing was carried out in independent laboratories in both Korea and Spain:

Really nice sunscreen. I have extremely fair skin, and wear some form of sunscreen whenever I am outside. As soon as I go in any kind of direct sun, I can feel my skin start to tingle and burn. I am usually huddled under a towel when I am at the beach, because I have had so many really bad sunburns. I used this stuff when I was out boating on a lake. I was out for a few hours, and had no damage to my skin (and I didn't feel the need to reapply). This stuff is really nice on my sensitive skin, and didn't leave it feeling greasy or irritated. I am quite happy with this sunscreen. I found it effective protection, and my skin actually felt nice and moisturized after using the product.
In love with this product. It doesn't leave a white mark on your face.
The writing on the tube is mostly not in English. That makes it hard to remember what this is and what's in it. What I ended up doing is writing Sun Screen on it using an indelible marker.It comes sealed with a sanitary foil covering over the opening where the lotion comes out, keeping it safe, secure and fresh.The consistency is easy to apply. It blends right into my skin, leaving a soft, smooth feeling and no greasy coating. I can see that my skin looks better with the sunscreen on it than it does without it. It makes my skin look softer and makes imperfections less noticeable. I know the point of this is the sun screen protection, but that is a nice added bonus.My skin tends to be very sensitive. This seems gentle and is non-irritating.Overall, this is a great product and an excellent value.
This sunscreen was smooth when applying and left no weird residue or oily feeling, it felt like a moisturizer on my face. I put it on in the morning before travelling for 2 hours to go to a zoo, and did not apply any throughout my day. Granted, we were in and out of buildings at the zoo, but I am not at all sunburnt on my face and only barely tanned on my face compared to my arms. This is not a complaint for me, as this sunscreen clearly did the job, but keep in mind it will certainly reduce tanning chances significantly since it is a 50 SPF sunscreen. I will absolutely be keeping this in my rotation for face sunscreens moving forward.
