    Its two-directional bristles combine longer, fine filaments that reach narrow gaps between teeth and along the gumline with shorter, flexible flat filaments for cleaning tooth surfaces. A small amount of fluoride stays present at the brushing surface, and the coated bristles keep their properties until the product's expiry date.
